No, the building has stairs only. Rooms are on floors 2–4. If you travel with older guests, tick “fewer stairs” when you search and choose a room on floor 2.
Yes. Choose your dates, then pick the exact room you want on our floor plan and send a booking request. We confirm by email or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.
Outside high season you pay at the front desk when you arrive. In high season we ask for full payment by QR code before a set date — we send the QR code after we confirm your booking.
We are at 72 Singhraj Road, inside Chiang Mai Old Town. Wat Ratchamonthian, Chang Phueak Gate market, Wat Lok Moli and the Sunday Walking Street are all within walking distance.
Yes. Both are on the ground floor: Romdee Café (coffee, food and drinks, 7:00 am–5:00 pm) and Fluffy Laundry (wash, dry and fold, 7:00 am–7:00 pm).
